  Available Courses Competency Based Assessment No RTA truck driving test required What is Competency Based Assessment (CBA)? Competency Based Assessment is the process by which your driving skills are assessed whilst you are being trained by an ABC Trainer/Assessor. When you demonstrate that you can perform the skills required (called competencies) our Trainer/Assessor will mark these off in your CBA log book. Once you have completed all the competencies, you are issued with a licence. No R.M.S Driving Test required. Advantages of CBA: - Need your licence in a hurry? One and Two day courses available (For those who need a licence upgrade fast).
